I have also a deep reverence for history, interesting cultures, and the many varied forms of art that humans have enjoyed since the beginning of time.

My ancestors' struggles are woven into the tapestry of my own cultural memory and my own life experiences also have a great influence on my work. My surroundings, whether it be the Rocky Mountains, the Sonoran Desert, my own backyard, or my community, all have an impact.
